Product Description
The roller is one of the most important parts of double roller crusher which is a reliable crushing equipment for finely crushing various high and medium hardness ores and rocks in industrial sectors. And the quality of roller directly affects the service life and production efficiency of the crusher. Roller made of tungsten carbide has high resistance to wear and impact with low loss and long service life.
Miller rollers feature below:
1. Material: roller face uses solid tungsten carbide or tungsten carbide jointed with steel via PTA and shaft uses steel.
2. Design: small magnitude of interference, and with no falling off between the roller face and shaft.
3. Suitable for crushing super hard and high purity material, no metal pollution and particle size uniform.
The thickness of tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer is 2.5mm. On-site feedback of roller's wear layer after using 30days shows:
1. No cracks
2. Not fall off
3. Slight wear
It can be seen that the service life of PTA surfacing welding parts is 3-6 times that of other steels (such as high-speed steel).

1. How long is your delivery time?
