Choice of Grinding Jars & Balls
In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the grinding jars used and of the grinding balls must be higher than that of the material grinded. Normally grinding jars and grinding balls of the same material should be choosen. The grinding jars & balls configurations are listed below:

Characteristics:
Tungsten carbide is with high hardness, good wear resistance, strength and toughness, anti-high temperature and corrosion, especially it is with the great advantage of high hardness and good wear resistance. Tungsten carbide will not out of shape even if in the 500ºC,and is still with high hardness in 1000ºC.
