Product Description
Tungsten carbide vacuum grinding jar is one of the highest density grinding tools for milling and crushing applications. High hardness and strengthness can meet the application of crushing and refining for most majority of metal powder, especially those hard and super hard metal powder. Vacuum grinding jars are designed for milling and grinding operations either in vacuum or under inert gas. They are used primarily with materials that are at risk of oxidization during the grinding process. The tight seal prevents oxygen, water, and other airborne contaminants from interacting with the materials inside the jar.

1. Material: tungsten carbide jar with SUS304 jacket.
2. Very good wear resistant, heat resistant, Acid and alkali resistant, anti-oxidation and high hardness.
3. Appilcation fields cover Metallurgy, Ceramics, Electronics, Light Industry, Paint, Medicine, Geology, Chemical Engineering etc.
4. Milling media are available: Carbide ball or zirconia ball.
Choice of Vacumm Jars & Balls
In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the vacumm jars and grinding balls used must be higher than that of the material grinded. Usually vacumm jars and grinding balls have the same hardness.

Please note that due to the extra volume of the stainless steel vacuum shell, grinding jars will only fit in planetary mills with a larger holder size. For example, a 1000 ml vacuum jar can only fit into a 8L jar holder on a planetary ball mill.

1. How long is your delivery time?
