Tungsten cobalt alloy
Tungsten cobalt alloy balls are powder metallurgy products made of high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TiC) micron-sized powder as the main ingredient and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as the binder, which are sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.
Cemented carbide balls are high hardness, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, bending-resistant, and can be used in harsh environments and in place of steel ball type products. Can be used in high temperature environment higher than 400 ºC, tungsten carbide ball hardness ≥ 90.5, density = 14.9g/cm3.
