Product Description
Sintered Tungsten carbide solid rod are mostly applied for drill bits, end mills and reamers etc with sub-micron grain grade K10-K20, for non-ferrous precision cutting and wood cutting with grade K10, and for fiberglass reinforced plastics, titanium alloys, hardened steel with ultra-fine grain grade K20, etc.We are professional manufacturer of cemented carbide in Zhuzhou China. Our carbide rods with high quality and competitive price.We could produce all kinds of carbide rods,such as the Ground and Unground rods,carbide rods with one straight coolant holes,rods with two straight holes, and customized size of carbide rods.
Excellent Hardness: 86~92 HRA for options, which equal to 68~81HRC;
Excellent Hot Working Performance: Hardness could be remained at 60 HRC under 900~1000 ºC;
Resistance Wear: Some grades can outwear hardened steel by over 100 times;
Resistance Corrosion: Grades with Nickel and Chromium binders are very resistant to acidic solutions
Impact Resistance: Tungsten cemented carbides are surprisingly tough considering their high hardness.
