YG6 YG8 tungsten carbide ball for valve pair & oil industry
Product Description1: Diameter: Ø0.3~ø100mm
2: Application :Tungsten carbide ball is very wide, such as: precision parts punching and drawing, precision bearing, instrument, instrument, pen making, spraying machine, water pump, mechanical fittings, sealing valve, brake pump, punching hole, oil field. Hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instrument, fishing gear, counterweight, decoration, finishing and other high-end industries
Tungsten Carbide balls, commonly known as tungsten steel balls, refer to balls and balls made of cemented carbide.
Carbide balls mainly include rough balls, fine grinding balls, punching balls, bearing balls, valve balls, non-magnetic balls, Monel balls, through-hole balls, measuring balls, color scraping balls and pen balls.
Product name | Tungsten carbide balls |
Series | YG6 YG8 YN6 YN8 |
Feature | Large hard Tungsten Carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, and bad use environment, and can replace all steel ball products. Carbide ball hardness ≥ 90.5, density = 14.9g/cm3. |
Density | 14.9g/cm3 |
Product process line | The production process of cemented carbide ball is similar to that of other cemented carbide products, mainly including powder preparation → recipe according to application → wet grinding → mixing → crushing → drying → sieving → adding molding agent → drying → sieving Prepared mix → granulation → cold isostatic pressing → forming → sintering → forming (blank) →grinding → packaging → storage. According to the specific application requirements and related parameters, there are carbide alloy ball, tungsten steel ball, tungsten ball, high-density alloy ball and other carbide ball products. The smallest carbide ball can do about 0.3 in diameter. |
Various Size of Aseeder tungsten carbide balls in many types of tungsten carbide grade are available
